About This Role

K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Ticket Sales Executive, which is a full-time, hourly, benefits-eligible position.

An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:

  • Sell new season tickets, group tickets, and mini plans for K-State’s six ticketed sports
  • Develop prospects through cold calling, emails and networking
  • Involved in revenue generating activities, from lead generation through closing a sale
  • Meet or exceed a minimum of 100 touchpoints per day consisting of phone calls and emails
  • Work different events to support K-State Athletics sales efforts
  • Handle incoming calls from sales prospects
  • Provide excellent customer service to generate new revenue and increasing renewed revenue
  • Track sales data in CRM system and processing sales payments along with department policy
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Worksite Description

This position is On-site.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree by hire date
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable and adaptable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Established business relationships in the Manhattan Area

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
