The Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (KSVDL) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a full-time, Laboratory Client Services Assistant. The successful applicant will be a team member in the Accessioning Lab, the hub of KSVDL. The primary duties entail performing all aspects of VDL pre-analytical work (receive and open packages from couriers and delivery services, organize, accession, and label samples, data entry, and data entry verification). May also perform additional client services and support tasks as necessary and time allows. The successful applicant must have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to work as a team member. This accessioning lab receives a high volume of samples and thus requires the ability to work and enter data quickly while maintaining excellent attention to details.
