The postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for conducting research in applying multiple cutting-edge selection techniques to synthetic and immune phage display antibody systems to independently perform antibody screening to identify biotherapeutic molecules. Additional area of research will involve validation of identified candidate molecules to determine binding properties and functional characterization. Previous hands-on experience in molecular and cell biology, immunology, vaccinology, and animal husbandry is required.

Recruiting participants and scheduling their participation times. Collecting data by running participants in human IRB-approved experiments. Will determine participant eligibility for research studies through screenings. Experiments involve completing computerized tasks (e.g., Physics learning module, pre- and post-tests of learning Physics, interviewing participants about their attention during learning, short questionnaires, measuring short-term memory) while collecting data using eye tracking, webcam, and egocentric head-mounted video camera, and computer mouse. All experiments are non-invasive, minimal risk, and approved by the IRB. The condition is a normal office environment with no hazardous conditions. Pre-processing data using supplied software, and post-processing of data (hand coding of data). Storing participant data on hard drives and the cloud.
