Successful candidates will possess experience in analyzing business processes; interpreting and implementing institutional policies; and providing high-quality service to students, faculty/staff, parents, alumni, and other outside constituents and agencies. This position will lead key system implementations for student services, including managing system/software upgrades within the student information system, imaging systems, and other educational technology systems.
