This position will participate in multiple aspects of serum neutralization testing for rabies antibody serology (RFFIT) including pre-analytical work (receiving packages, accessioning samples, data entry, data and sample verification, heat inactivation, rack and sample checks), analytical work (sample preparation, serial dilutions, cell and virus application, assay performance, and microscopy), and data processing and verification (data entry, data verification). Other duties include assisting with cell culture and maintaining cell lines and performing quality documentation and scanning. The successful applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
