This position will act as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and clients; greeting and answering questions upon their arrival on campus. The Office Specialist answers incoming calls, transferring or relaying messages to the appropriate parties. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to team members including data entry, assembling meeting materials, and other clerical duties as required.
