This position serves as the front-line office manager. This position is critical to the effectiveness of the office through access to student payments and cashiering services, and through interpretation of student financial data. This position analyzes the impact of tuition and fee assessment, payment options and penalties, and ensures consistent and accurate financial data and responses to customer service questions. Excellent communication and leadership skills are utilized daily in this position. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
