We will be hiring a part-time Budget/Fiscal Coordinator in the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, but the individual will be an Administrative Support Center employee that is allocated to the OMVA. This is a new model that is being used by the Division of Communications and Marketing (DCM) in the President’s Office with our new communications officer, which is allocated to the President’s Office, but is an employee of DCM. This role will be able to help the OMVA deal with invoice processing, budget reporting, etc., but will be able to provide enhanced services to support OMVA with travel logistics, office supply ordering, etc.

The Budget/Fiscal Officer II reports to the Associate Dean for Operations and Administration and is responsible for managing the business affairs and providing oversight of human resource functions within the college. This position will provide input in the interpretation of policies and procedures in situations involving personnel issues.
