About Kansas State College Advising Corps (KSCAC) KSCAC is a college access program aiming to support high school students in finding their best-fit postsecondary pathway. As part of the College Advising Corps network, KSCAC aims to increase the number of first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students who enter and complete higher education. We hire recent college graduates to serve as College Advisers full-time in high schools across the state of Kansas. Our College Advisers work closely with students to ensure that they are aware of all options, whether it be community college, four-year university, workforce, or military. Serve as a College Adviser College advisers and gain invaluable leadership, work, and life skills that are necessary and transferable to any profession. Being an adviser is a transformative experience, contributing to a national movement to ensure all students have access to economic mobility and success. College Advisers aim to help students find a “best-fit” post-secondary opportunity in order to increase the likelihood of post-secondary success in college or career. Additionally, advisers create and foster a college-going culture by engaging administration, teachers, and staff to help build an environment that encourages and supports college attendance and completion. The advisers are available to assist all students and families.

The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our dedicated team to help facilitate exemplary patient care and quality customer service at the Large Animal Desk. While there are many responsibilities of someone in this role, this position is primarily responsible for greeting and referring clients and patients, managing admissions, and facilitating appointments. Client Services Assistants also provide exceptional customer service through taking calls from clients, listening to customer needs, and providing helpful solutions to any concerns or issues. Excellent communication skills are utilized daily as this position acts as a liaison between clients, patients, and the hospital service providers.

The position is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable for the Veterinary Health Center. This position will evaluate client accounts, accept payments, reconcile cash drawers and receipts and assist the client with any account needs necessary. The Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Senior Security Engineer is more than a technical expert; they are a pivotal resource within the university, acting as the primary liaison for departmental identity managers. This role is responsible for helping implement and continuously optimize identity and access management services in line with evolving technologies and security regulations. They are responsible for helping design, implement, and maintain IDAM technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance, and drive automation wherever possible. This role will also assist with resolving any security issues related to IDAM operations. Leadership and coordination are essential elements of this role. You'll drive cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and serving as the subject matter expert. The Senior Engineer will also focus on the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of IDAM systems. This ensures not only optimal performance but also adherence to stringent security protocols. Additionally, as an authority in the field, you'll be tasked with developing and disseminating training materials to clarify processes, as well as offering expert advice on the latest solutions and best practices. Your contributions will be key in advancing the university's digital infrastructure securely and efficiently.
