The Deans Office in the College of Business is seeking applicants for the role of Budget/Fiscal Officer II. The Budget/Fiscal Officer II reports to the Associate Dean for Operations and Administration and is responsible for managing the business affairs and providing oversight of human resource functions within the college. The position is responsible for preparing the annual budget and providing detailed reporting on the annual budget during the fiscal year. The position also oversees the business operations of four departments and two centers. This position will analyze, plan, develop, and present, practices to effectively improve efficiencies in the college business functions and integrate with university practices and systems. This position will provide input in the interpretation of policies and procedures in situations involving personnel issues.
