About This Role

Lafene Health Center is comprised of 4 different departments – Lafene Health Center, Lafene Counseling and Psychological Services, Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and Cats’ Cupboard.  This office serves as the direct administrative, financial, and personnel resource for all of the above departments. This position will be responsible for accounting, fund balancing, reporting, voucher processing, position funding and procurement.

Care is provided by board certified physicians and nurse practitioners, as well as nursing professionals. This position is required to be completed on-site. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Three years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with K-State and State of Kansas regulations, eForms, and the University FIS system.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of university budget verification, budget processes, and allocation information.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and procedures, including university policies and regulations.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
