About This Role

This position serves as part of the Admissions Operations Unit whose primary duties are to make admission determinations, check transferability of post-secondary coursework, and process high school and college transcripts. This position supports the work of the Operations Unit in Office of Recruitment and Admissions by assisting with reoccurring projects and seasonal tasks based on application and transcript volume.

Worksite Option

This position is hybrid

Work is performed partially remote and partially on employer premises in iconic Anderson Hall. The expectation is to be present, on campus, at least three times per week.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college credit or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with detailed office work including data entry, record keeping, and reporting
    functions.
  • Experience with systems of higher education including enrollment management records
    keeping.
  • Familiarity with transfer credit assessment processes and degree programs and
    requirements.
  • Ability to extract and analyze detailed information from multiple sources and relate it to
    specific situations and policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
