About This Role

Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina, KS seeks an Assistant Director to organize and oversee student programming and the Student Life Center. The Assistant Director participates as a member of the Student Leadership Development team to deliver training and educational opportunities designed to support student growth and development as leaders within the campus community and future career networks. The position will manage the campus Student Life Center, including designing, scheduling, and marketing of student recreational programs, clubs, and activities to promote wellness, growth, development, and personal success in collaboration with Salina Student Affairs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in student life or related field preferred.
  • Recreational programming and/or event planning experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required.

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
