Worksite Description

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • None Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education: High School Diploma
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an institutional setting; Experience using commercial cleaning equipment; Stable work history; Knowledge in custodial procedures; Ability to work around a large participant and employee base; Ability to work with pressure of a schedule that requires adapting to a varying routine

Additional Role Information:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
  • Ability to operate and control walk-behind and riding scrubbers
  • Ability to work around cleaning and floor chemicals
  • Ability to transport heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
  • Work is generally performed by standing and walking during the shift
