About This Role

The Enterprise Systems Analyst provides administration, configuration, and end-user support for a variety of enterprise SaaS platforms that support business, financial, and operational functions across the organization. This role partners closely with functional stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.

This position may support a range of enterprise platforms depending on team alignment and organizational needs. Candidates with experience in any combination of business systems, financial systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms are encouraged to apply.

In this role you will: 

  • Administer, configure, and support enterprise SaaS applications across multiple functional domains (e.g., business systems, financial systems, content management, CRM, ITSM).
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Support system integrations and data flows, including working with relational databases and integration tools.
  • Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

About Us

Kansas State University's Division of Information Technology is committed to providing excellent IT services to the K-State community in support of the teaching, learning, research, and service missions. They offer a wide range of information technology and communications services. They provide leadership for developing and delivering computing and digital resources to K-State students, faculty and staff. The Division coordinates and manages central IT business services including Enterprise Systems, Portfolio & Project Governance, Infrastructure & Operations, Academic Applications, Information Security, and Academic IT and Research Support.

Worksite Description

This position is Hybrid eligible. This position may be eligible for hybrid work arrangements. Specific details will be discussed during interviews.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Five or more years of experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, such as:

Collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)
CRM systems
IT service management (ITSM) tools
Financial or procure-to-pay systems
Content and document management platforms
Other enterprise business applications

  • Experience with integration tools, APIs, and relational databases.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems architecture and the ability to design solutions that scale across departments and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across technical and functional teams in a collaborative environment.
