The Parking Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the customer service and administrative functions of Parking Services. This position oversees financial administration, customer service strategy, and escalated issue resolution to ensure accurate financial stewardship, consistent policy application, and a high standard of service delivery. The role serves as a key decision-maker for complex customer matters and plays a critical role in maintaining trust, accountability, and operational efficiency within the department.

This position is On-site.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of T2 system (Garage operating system).
• Customer service – dealing with angry customers and contractors.
• Supervision and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of License Plate Recognition Technology (LPR).
• Sitting, keyboarding, clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, working in inclement weather, moderate
noise, lifting up to 35 lbs., writing, speaking.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of K-State systems to include; KSIS and HRIS.
