About This Role

This position provides minor maintenance upkeep, security and customer service in the garage. The garage is operated 24/7 and to allow for customer assistance needs to be manned as such. Additionally, patrolling the facility for maintenance or repair issues doing minor repairs and custodial and adding an element of security to the facility. This position works from Monday through Friday.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • None

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Use of basic tools for basic maintenance and repairs.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license upon employment.
  • Oral communication skills, experience in dealing with the public.
  • Work requires moderate physical exertion with periods of heavy physical exertion.
  • Work will mainly be inside parking structure.
  • Some inclement weather will be endured.
  • Working around moving vehicles inside garage.
