Program Administrator

The program administrator of the University Honors Program at the Staley School of Leadership coordinates the day-to-day administration of scholar programs within the UHP. The administrator will also support other UHP initiatives as needed.

About This Role

The program administrator of the University Honors Program (UHP) at the Staley School of Leadership coordinates the day-to-day administration of scholar programs within the UHP. This includes serving as the program lead for multiple Grand Challenge Teams, the Campbell Scholars program, and other programs as they develop and grow. The administrator will also support other UHP initiatives as needed, including but not limited to recruitment, UHP applicant screening, student advising and assisting with curricular development.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of relevant experience

This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with university or college faculty
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with college students
  • Demonstrated experience with or interest in applied or experiential learning

Other Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at time of employment

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
