The Recruitment Representative supports undergraduate student recruitment initiatives for the College of Arts and Sciences. This is a 12-month term appointment focused on outreach, engagement, and recruitment strategy implementation.

About This Role

The Recruitment Representative is responsible for implementing an effective student recruitment strategy for undergraduate programs within the K‑State College of Arts and Sciences, supporting the university’s broader strategic enrollment management goals. A Recruitment Representative in this role collaborate as part of a team to design new initiatives and enhance existing recruitment efforts, ensuring high‑quality service to both prospective and admitted students.

Worksite Description

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and one year of relevant experience.
• Understanding and knowledge of the mission of the College of Arts & Sciences, its programs and the programs offered at Kansas State University
• Knowledge of university setting, policies, procedures, and branding
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to engage with others of a wide array of experiences and backgrounds
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Qualtrics or MS Forms
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team that strategizes and coordinates together
• Experience in photo and video editing

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
