About This Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and enhance our performance and learning management systems. In this role, you’ll partner with IT and HR to ensure systems are secure, accessible, and user-friendly for faculty, and staff. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and stakeholders to optimize functionality, support talent initiatives, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. This position is in Human Resources and reports to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires an associate degree and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with one or more major talent management platforms (e.g., ADP, Cornerstone, Successfactors, Canvas, Workday, PageUp).
  • Strong technical aptitude, including understanding of SCORM/xAPI, SSO, APIs and integration with third-party tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience in a higher education setting.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools, and performance management best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and compliance frameworks (e.g., FERPA, GDPR).
