About This Role: |
The Communications and Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the marketing and communications efforts for the Institute for Digital Agriculture and Advanced Analytics initiatives. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
The Specialist works closely with the Board of Directors and Program Manager to design a wide range of media including posts for the Extension newsletter, flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, videos, and designs for web-based publications as well as content for social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). The Specialist leads the institute’s social media strategies and implementation, draft press releases, and other communications to highlight all aspects of the institute’s diverse mission. In addition to content development, the Communications and Marketing Specialist maintains the website and curates’ data associated with the institute. |
