About This Role:

The Employer Relations Associate is responsible for cultivating relationships and identifying career opportunities for K-State students and graduates with corporate, nonprofit and governmental sector organizations. Develop marketing strategies to promote K-State talent, Career Center events and services. Customer Care (35%): Support recruitment activities and provide customer service to employers.
Event Management (25%): Coordinate student-employer engagement opportunities and recruiting-related events.
Employer Outreach (20%): Prospect and develop relationships with employers.
Marketing (15%): Facilitate the marketing of K-State and career services to potential and existing employers.
Additional Responsibilities (5%):
The Employer Relations Associate will provide additional services as assigned by the Director. |

Salary Range/ Pay Rate: |
$ 18.04-$23.00 hourly * Please note: the minimum salary for this position is $37,527. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, internal equity and departmental funding. Salary offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range. The range indicated includes both the typical hiring range and potential future progression. |
