Tips from our Talent Acquisition Team

Application

  • Tailor your resume to the position for which you are applying.
  • Quantify your success. Numbers speak volumes. Include specific achievements and quantify them whenever possible. e.g., increased sales by 20%, managed a team of 10.
  • Follow instructions during the application process: Read the application instructions carefully. Missing a step can disqualify you from consideration.
  • Upload your resume and allow our system to fill in the application fields. Please note that the document format can impact how the fields import.  You may still have to complete or correct some fields.
  • Give your references a heads up! Contact a list of professional references who are able and ready to speak to your qualifications and work ethic.
  • Ensure that your email address and phone number are accurate as we communicate frequently by email and phone.

  • Practice talking about your knowledge, skills, and abilities and how they apply to the role.
  • Ensure you have the appropriate Zoom link, address of interview, and other pertinent information ahead of time so you are prepared on the day of the interview.
