About This Role:

The College of Business is pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified candidates to serve as the Budget/Fiscal Officer II for the College. The Budget/Fiscal Officer II reports to the Associate Dean for Operations and Administration and is responsible for managing the business affairs and providing oversight of human resource functions within the college. The position is responsible for preparing the annual budget and providing detailed reporting on the annual budget during the fiscal year. The position also oversees the business operations of four departments and two centers. This position will analyze, plan, develop, and present, practices to effectively improve efficiencies in the college business functions and integrate with university practices and systems. This position will provide input in the interpretation of policies and procedures in situations involving personnel issues.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eight years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of higher education financial, human resources, and budget systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in diverse groups.
  • Commitment to understanding one's own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
