About This Role:

The Office of the Registrar seeks to fill a Data Specialist position. This position supports Enrollment Management and University projects by maintaining data entry requirements following data standards set by Kansas State University policy governing entities and Division of Enrollment Management.

Worksite Options:

This position is eligible for hybrid worksite. Work is performed partially remote and partially on employer premises or designated assignment location. This role is expected to work on-site approximately three (3) days a week.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Two years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a highly detailed work environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent command of the English language, grammar, and syntax.
  • Knowledge of student records maintenance, registration/enrollment processes, degree and graduation processes, and verification procedures.
  • Experience working with diverse populations along with providing training and technical development, public speaking, presentations, customer service in higher education-related areas.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

$17.69 - $22.55 hourly
