| The Salina Upward Bound Program is seeking a temporary Instructor for the K-State Manhattan Campus. This position is responsible for developing and teaching summer curriculum to the TRIO Upward Bound (UB) participants. The Upward Bound Summer Program classes will be held June 11-28, 2024. The instructor reports to the Director and works closely with the Academic Services Coordinator. Instructors will develop a curriculum based on designated subject they are hired to teach (English; Science; Financial Literature; Math; Engineering and Technology; Foreign Language during the summer program for income-limited and/or first-generation college-bound students). Instructor must be versatile in designing regular curriculum along with designing a project-based curriculum.
Teach 3-4 classes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for three weeks. Attend weekly faculty meeting and 1-day training held on June 8, 2024.

| The Applied Aviation Research Center (AARC) at Kansas State University’s Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a highly-motivated and skilled Research Associate to support unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) research and development activities. The Research Associate will assist with grant proposal development by conducting literature reviews, establishing methodologies, drafting milestones, tasks objectives, research task plan(s) and budgets as required. The incumbent may also serve as a technical lead on various research projects within their area of expertise and instruct courses in UAS as applicable. |

| The Kansas State University Department of Modern Languages invites applications for a one year full-time Teaching Assistant Professor of Classical Studies (possibility of renewal pending budgets and enrollment). Responsibilities will include serving as interim director of the Classical Studies program; teaching a total of 6 courses over the academic year, including courses in Latin language instruction, Classical literature in translation, and ancient history; supervising a graduate teaching assistant and undergraduate student workers; and contributing to departmental service initiatives.
