Responsibilities will include facilitating conversations with college partners, monitoring leading indicator data to activate key moments of outreach, engage in coaching conversations around student goals and/or removing barriers to success, and serving as an accountability partner and referring students to additional campus partners.

This role will engage in multiple means of communication including the capacity to report notes and contacts in digital notes system.  The Academic Coach in this position will participate in continuous training and professional development to remain informed on existing and emerging strategies to promote student retention and academic success.
