About This Role

The Academic Program Specialist serves the department by facilitating clear communication, organization, and support amongst faculty, students, and applicants. In addition to providing administrative support to the Department Chair and faculty, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks, the Academic Program Specialist develops and implements initiatives, organizes virtual and on-campus events, and manages the admissions process.

Worksite Description

This position is on-site.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience providing support for programs

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
