Kansas State College Advising Corps places recent college graduates inside partner high schools to guide students through every step of post-secondary and workforce planning: two- or four-year college, technical certificates, apprenticeships, military, and direct-to-work pathways. As a KSCAC Advisor you become the school's go-to resource for applications, financial aid, career exploration, and employer connections.
The Office of Enrollment Management plays an important role in providing an exceptional student experience at Kansas State University. Fostering university-wide collaboration and engagement in the recruitment and retention of our students is critical to all of our operations, and we are proud to work together to serve students in all stages of their K-State journey.
This position is on-site at various high-school districts in Kansas. Current opening is located in Kansas City.
Work will be performed in on-site in schools throughout the academic year and will be performed from home on breaks and summers.

The degree requirement ensures candidates possess the foundational knowledge, communication skills and developmental insight essential for guiding students toward post-secondary success and fostering a college-going culture. These competencies are typically developed and rigorously validated only through the comprehensive curriculum and experiential learning inherent in a formal degree program.
