About This Role

The IT Analyst will provide administration and user support for our Wildcat ID systems and Microsoft 365 tools. In this collaborative role, you will contribute to delivering innovative, timely solutions across campus business systems. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a strong understanding of SaaS tools, who enjoy solving complex problems and mentoring colleagues.

This is an opportunity for self-motivated individuals to work with a highly innovative team. We are looking for candidates who can work collaboratively to resolve problems and have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity. Different skill sets may be emphasized as dictated by current priorities requiring the incumbent to be adaptable. While this is a hands-on technical role, you will be expected to take charge of problems by taking the initiative to design and deliver solutions. We expect all team members to have a strong desire to learn, research, and apply modern technologies and methods as needed. We are looking for candidates who enjoy mentoring teammates and developing those around them.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following: Atrium or other ID systems, Microsoft 365 tools (i.e. Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate) or other enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Excellent logical, analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to conceive of the larger picture in relation to strategic planning
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and tact in a professional setting
  • Ability and desire for independent learning
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments
  • Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections
  • Understanding of Oracle, MS-SQL, Sybase, MySQL variations
  • Experience with HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and other languages
  • Understanding of point-of-sales (POS) terminals and credit card interfaces
  • Personable and able to work in a small team environment, interact with peers and customers, and respectfully interact with students, staff, and faculty from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
