The IT Analyst will provide administration and end-user support for enterprise SaaS solutions, including Airtable, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and TeamDynamix. As part of the Business Systems team, you’ll work in a highly collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and timely solutions for our campus users.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following: Airtable, Microsoft 365 tools (i.e. Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate), CRM, ITSM applications, or other enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections.
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments.
