The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Associate Vice President for the Kansas State University Research Foundation (KSURF) , the Executive Director for Corporate Engagement and their teams. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise
This position is jointly supported by Corporate Engagement and the Kansas State University Research Foundation, two units dedicated to expanding Kansas State University’s impact through industry partnerships and innovation. Corporate Engagement connects businesses with K-State’s research, talent, and alumni network, while the Research Foundation accelerates innovation by supporting technology commercialization and external collaboration. Together, the teams collaborate to advance partnerships and innovation across the university.
This position is On-site.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
