About This Role

This role is a dynamic leadership position responsible for managing and advancing the Kansas State University College Advising Corps program. The Executive Director will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of advisors while collaborating with university leadership and key stakeholders to develop strategic position descriptions, organizational structures, and policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, strategic thinker committed to enhancing program success across multiple educational sites.
