This role is a dynamic leadership position responsible for managing and advancing the Kansas State University College Advising Corps program. The Executive Director will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a team of advisors while collaborating with university leadership and key stakeholders to develop strategic position descriptions, organizational structures, and policies. In addition to overseeing comprehensive program evaluations—including data collection, analysis, and the implementation of innovative evaluation models—the Executive Director will manage relationships with external partners such as the NCAC, Kansas Board of Regents, and various community entities. The position also entails securing and managing program funding, driving fundraising initiatives, and ensuring compliance with grant deliverables, all while fostering continuous improvement through professional development and robust internal communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, strategic thinker committed to enhancing program success across multiple educational sites.
The Kansas State College Advising Corps is a program within the Office of Enrollment Management that aims to increase the number of high school students that enter and complete higher education. KSCAC hires recent college graduates to serve as full-time college advisers in select high schools across the Kansas City Metro, and in Central and Southwest Kansas.
This position is remote.
