About This Role

This position provides oversight of the graduate admissions processes following the policies set forth in the Graduate Handbook using Slate CRM, an online application system; supervises the administrative admissions staff that includes training on Slate CRM system updates, provide on-going coaching, monitor daily tasks and accomplishments including timely processing of applications to increase the acceptance and matriculation of graduate students, and prepares/administers performance reviews for the three employees; coordinates all department/program and Graduate School updates in Slate CRM, both on-going and annual updates for Admissions and Prospect Modules; trains graduate program directors, contact staff and graduate faculty on effective use of Slate; implement system changes daily to facilitate admissions process; works with Slate CRM team to resolve system problems; and coordinates the annual updates based on input from all users. Assists with admissions processing as needed. This role is essential to the admissions and matriculation of graduate students who contribute to the university mission of teaching and research and financial resources to the university in tuition and fees.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and Technology
  • Experience in personnel supervision and training.
  • Administrative experience in a university with all groups in graduate education.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Slate CRM

Additional Role Information:

  • Implementing software programs in an academic setting Training users of specialized software applications (Slate CRM)

$55,000 - $65,000 annually
