    About This Role

    This position serves as the office manager and receptionist for Human Resources. The position greets visitors in Human Resources, prioritizes interactions for follow-up and ensures follow-through with stakeholder communications. The incumbent ensures efficient day-to-day office operations and is relied upon to provide support for projects as requested.

    Worksite Description

    This position is On-site.

    All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Requires two years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.

    • Associate degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using a variety of technology programs (i.e., Microsoft Office 365, K-State Content Management System (CMS), Etrieve, Concur, Qualtrics)
    • Experience with social media platforms
    • Ability to multitask, communicate effectively and professionally, and work collaboratively
    • Customer service oriented and ability to work independently

    Anticipated Hiring Pay Range

    $18.26 -$21.15/hr ($37,980.80 - $43,992.00)
