About Us

The Kansas State University GE Johnson Department of Architectural Engineering and Construction Science is nationally recognized for preparing graduates for careers in engineering and construction. The combination of these two programs in one department is unique and prepares students to work effectively as professional members of an integrated architecture-engineering-constructor team, and produce quality design and construction of the built environment.

Worksite Description

This position is On-site.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail
  • Proficiency with computers and software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), experience with website design and maintenance, willingness to learn any other software packages needed to perform duties of the job
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database program extremely beneficial
  • Experience with KSIS (K-State Information System) and Navigate
  • Confidentiality is of utmost importance

Additional Role Information:

  • Transporting demands: Light up to 25 pounds
