The primary responsibility for this position will be to contribute to after-hours emergency care for VHC patients requiring general anesthesia. Continuing education or advanced training in emergency care and/or veterinary anesthesia is desirable but not a requirement for this position. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The AEC will work with senior faculty, house officers, technical staff, and veterinary students. The distribution of effort for the AEC will be predominately after-hours clinical service with the opportunity to contribute to lecture and laboratory teaching.
