About This Role:

The Department of Anatomy and Physiology within the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University invites applications for an Office Specialist V. The purpose of this position to provide direct administrative assistance/support to the Department Head of Anatomy & Physiology.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires four years of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or organizational leadership, experience managing schedules for high-level administrators and active office operations that include multiple reporting units/sections.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Outlook and Word.
• Excellent communications skill set and customer service attitude.

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

$43,888- 65,423 annually
