What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in College Student Development, Business, Higher Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing academic advising in a higher education setting.
  • Experience delivering student-centered support to individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft), degree audit platforms (e.g., DARS), and student success CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Navigate) to support academic advising and student retention efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving programs, processes, policies, and work assignments.
