KSU Salina seeks an Academic Advisor to provide comprehensive academic advising and student success support for prospective, new, transfer, and continuing students. This position assists students with academic planning, course selection, degree progress, and understanding university policies and requirements; evaluates academic records; connects students with university resources; and collaborates with faculty and staff to support student retention, persistence, and graduation. The Academic Advisor also contributes to orientation, enrollment, student success programming, and advising initiatives while maintaining accurate student records and providing proactive outreach to students in need of additional academic support.
