About This Role:

This position executes accounting transactions on multiple facets of the Cashiers and Student Accounts office, to include development and processing of accounting payment vouchers, account reconciliation, and customer service engagements. Position also requires liaison roles between different KSU departments (to include Financial Assistance, General Accounting, and Registrar) as well as external entities, to include the KSU Foundation and other student account sponsors, to include GRA/GTA/GA departments, Dept of Veteran Affairs, host nations, and KSU athletics among others.

This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer at least one (1) year of customer service experience. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Sponsorship Eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
