The Developer III/Peoplesoft Systems Developer will take a lead role in providing development and end user support for our Peoplesoft products (CS and HCM), uAchieve (DARs), and Sevis processing. In this role, you will become part of a team that thrives on providing creative, innovative, and timely solutions for our campus.
In this lead role, you will help automate processes and facilitate the smooth and efficient building, testing, and releasing of new and improved solutions. When applicable, you will provide peer coaching and mentorship and may supervise students.

We are looking for candidates who can work collaboratively to resolve problems and have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity. You must have a very deep understanding of various development tools and technologies. While this is a hands-on technical role, you will be expected to take charge of problems, and take the initiative to design and deliver solutions. We expect the team to have a strong desire to learn, researching and applying new technologies and methods as needed. We are looking for candidates who enjoy mentoring teammates and developing those around them.
This position is hybrid and/or remote eligible. Additional details about potential hybrid/remote work in this role will be discussed during interviews.
