About This Role

The Director of Business Analytics and Infrastructure Strategy provides strategic leadership in the planning, analysis and stewardship of the university’s physical infrastructure. This position is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that inform executive decision-making, optimize operational performance and ensure fiscal accountability across capital projects, maintenance operations, utilities and business services.

We are custodians, landscapers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, mechanics, project managers, engineers, architects, accountants, and administrative professionals — all stewards and leaders of an inspiring campus shared by many.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and five to 10 years of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or institutional research
  • Experience in facilities, construction, or campus planning environments
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of CMMS or work order systems (e.g., AiM, FAMIS, TMA, Gordian/VFA)
  • Ability to interpret and present complex technical concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical, business, leadership and communication skills
