About This Role

Kansas State Veterinary College of Medicine is seeking applicants for a full time Events Coordinator. This position exists to provide organizational and coordination of alumni affairs, non-credit events, special events and conferences for the College of Veterinary Medicine alumni, practitioners and others.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in event coordination for large audiences OR five years of experience in event coordination and management.
  • Experience in conceptualization and development of new programs and events; work experience in higher education, familiarity with educational technologies.

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
