About This Role:

Kansas State University is looking for an inventive and organized Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to lead our campus visits and student engagement initiatives!

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and coordinate on-campus and virtual visit experiences and special events.
  • Collaborate with faculty, current students, and staff.
  • Track and analyze feedback to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Be the face of K-State at graduate fairs, conferences, and virtual events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creative and detail-oriented event planner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event coordination, student recruitment, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated dependability and strong customer service experience
  • Ability to understand, interpret and implement policy and procedures and to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele, to establish and maintain effective working relationships, and to handle the demands of multiple deadlines and interruptions
  • Ability to work in diverse and changing environments
  • Familiarity with educational student services
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and comprise effective recruitment and yield strategies.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$46,000 - $57,000 annually
