Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a dedicated Office Specialist III to administer office operations on behalf of the Salina Integrated Studies department, Academic Learning and Innovation, and External Engagement units. The position ensures smooth and efficient office functions, manages financial, reporting, and human resource operations for the units, and serves as a lead point of contact for unit inquiries.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in a higher education department.  
  • Strong communication skills for effective team support and collaboration.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
