About This Role

This position will supervise the operations of the Special Projects and Product Testing teams and ensure the accuracy of the test result entries and compliance with any necessary regulatory requirements prior to transmission to clients and industry stakeholders. The position will assist in quality assurance, including database and record management, training and audits. This position will also assist with SOP revisions, Corrective Actions, CIs, final review of results and report preparation. Assistance with scheduling and management of projects that require specific quality standards or testing requirements will also be required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology or a related science
  • Completed 16 credit hours of Biology
  • Completed 16 credit hours of Chemistry
  • Supervisory and or quality review experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with microscopy methods and bio safety training and practices.
  • Advanced computer skills including databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and data entry.
  • Excellent written and oral, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team and independently are important.
  • Experience with AAVLD, ISO 17025, CLIA, GMP, GLP and/or GCP regulations.

Other Requirements:

  • Meet standards for CLIA technical supervisor
