The Resident Services and Housing Conduct Coordinator will administer the student services functions of a successful on-campus housing operation applying both strong administrative and crisis management skills.

About This Role

  • This position serves as part of the Housing and Dining Services student living team to provide administrative support to improve process efficiencies within the student living functional area.  The position partners with others within the Division of Student Life to monitor and interact with students of concern.  Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Administer Maxient conduct software for student conduct processes.
  • Manage Clery training with responsibility for meeting training requirements.
  • Collaborate and partner with university and departmental staff to ensure student needs are met. This includes managing accommodation needs of residents.
  • Oversee residence hall and Jardine Apartments front desk operations to include staff training and coordination of various operational functions.
  • Serves as point-of-contact for student living team for administrative and IT related processes and needs.
  • Serves in leadership roles for committees and assessment projects.
  • Serves as part of on-call duty rotation to address crisis situations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in student affairs, college student development, higher education administration or related field.
  • Three or more years, full-time work in housing administration or related student affairs work with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience with collaborative efforts to develop and improve the efficiencies of student service programs.

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
