The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) at Kansas State University invites applications for a clinical, term appointment as Anesthesia Emergency Clinician (AEC). The primary responsibility for this position will be to contribute to after-hours emergency care for VHC patients requiring general anesthesia. Candidates must hold a DVM degree or equivalent and have experience with general anesthesia and/or emergency practice in veterinary patients. Continuing education or advanced training in emergency care and/or veterinary anesthesia is desirable but not a requirement for this position. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The AEC will work with senior faculty, house officers, technical staff, and veterinary students.
