The Staley School of Leadership at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, is seeking candidates for an academic program specialist. This position is a 12-month position. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Four years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience in an administrative capacity, assuring accuracy of implementing processes and procedures
  • Exhibits initiative in problem-solving and ownership of projects and responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse population of students and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), student information systems, scheduling software, or evidence of ability to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and effectively execute variable responsibilities and tasks throughout the day

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$43,000 - $48,000
